Our therapists
Ashley Boland, LPC

I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, and adults looking for someone to help them with life or just to "vent." I'm trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma treatment, as well as relaxation techniques and self esteem work.

Catarina Andrade, LPC

I provide therapy in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. I am experienced in the field of substance use and working with children, adolescents, and adults in a wide range of issues. I work with children and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, and academic difficulties.

Carolyn Zoppi, LPC

I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety disorders and OCD. I support those in the process of recovery to develop coping skills, build self-esteem, and eliminate disordered patterns of behavior. I use a combination of exposure-response-prevention therapy, CBT, DBT, and art therapy with my clients.

Our Practice

As a group, our team is trained in various evidence-based treatment approaches. We are trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Trauma-focused Therapy, and Motivational interviewing. Our therapists are additionally trained in the fields of addiction, and eating disorders. We can provide treatment that is also culturally aware, for every piece of our clients' identity matters. We offer additional services in Spanish and Portuguese.

We work with schools, professionals and agencies throughout the community to ensure continuity of care for our clients. We pride ourselves in our compassion towards the clients we see. As such, our main goal is to engage with children, adolescents, and adults in a relaxed and supportive environment to help them gain control over challenges and achieve their individual goals.
